The Wookiedoodle Code: Policies and Guarantees
We’ve established these policies to ensure every puppy we raise lives a long, healthy, and protected life in their new galaxy.
Securing Your Reservation
Investment: A long term investment for you and your family.
Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. This deposit secures your position in the selection order and is applied directly toward the total purchase price.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due in full at the time of pickup (typically at 8 weeks of age). Failure to pick up your puppy at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Our Health Promise
We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of transfer. To maintain this guarantee, the buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
If a serious, life-threatening congenital condition is identified during this timeframe, the buyer may return the puppy for a replacement from a future litter. Please note that this guarantee does not cover minor, treatable conditions common in puppies.

Our Lifetime of Commitment
If, for any reason, at any time, you can no longer keep your dog, you must notify us. Our puppies may never be surrendered to a shelter or rehomed without our involvement. We will assist in rehoming or take the dog back to ensure they remain safe and loved. No refunds are guaranteed in these instances.

Birthdate, breed, mom, dad.
Table 2: Weight Record
Tracking from birth through the “go home” date.
Table 3: Vaccination Record
Tracking rounds 1-3 for distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, bordetella, and rabies.
